Ninety nine

Step 1:
            First of all take any two-digit numbers,
            Then reverse this two numbers.
Step 2:
             Subtract the smaller number form the larger one.

Step 3:
           Reverse the digits, and add that number to the one you got when you subtracted

Step 4:
           The Result is 99.
